.XXX Domain

After ten years of struggle, finally ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers which is monitoring internet related tasks such as domain register, managing IP addresses) has approved creation of .xxx domain which is like .com, .org, .Sport, .food. Initially the approval was given in 2005 but it was repealed due to protest from political groups. In 2010, board of US adjudicators said, ICANN made a mistake in disagree with the endorsement of the domain. The total number of .xxx domain for pre-register is more than 110,000. The approval of .xxx domain is nearly like online red-light neighborhood.

As we know there will be followers and criticizers for every issue. Like that in this issue, followers are saying that, it will be easy to filter out the irrelevant sites and contents, but many pornographers are worrying that their content may move off.

Clinton words about the .xxx domain issue are “Urging the international crowd to try to use technology and their positions around it to build physical and financial infrastructure systems for poorer nations.”

How To Sleep Better

Nothing is more annoying than not being able to sleep. Tossing and turning. Your mind will be racing, going over everything that happened recently, night noises may keep you awake. What can you do? There are things you can do to get a nice sleep! Here are some new tricks to sleep well.
These tips are also known as “Sleep Hygiene.”

  1. Sleep only when you feel sleepy.
  2. If you are unable to feel asleep within 20 minutes, then get up and do something tiresome until you feel sleepy.

  1. Avoid having a heavy sleep during day time.
  2. Get up and go to bed the same time every day, i.e. that is fix up a schedule and get on to it.
  3. Regular exercise is recommended to help you sleep well.

  1. Exercising during morning hours or early afternoon will not come in contact with sleep.
  2. Avoid doing exercise at least 4 hours before your bedtime.
  3. Develop sleep rituals by hearing a relaxing music, reading something soothing for 15 minutes, having a cup of caffeine free tea, doing some relaxation exercises.

  1. Try to have a light snack before bed, sometimes empty stomach may interfere with sleep but remember not to eat heavy meals before bedtime that can also interfere as well.
  2. Hot bath before bedtime may also helps you to get a good sleep.

  4. If light in the early morning troubles you, get a blackout shade or wear a sleep mask.

News in Japan

In the past 140 years Japan has not met such a massive 8.9/9.0 magnitude earthquake which hits the Pacific Ocean nearby Northeastern Japan at around 2:46pm on March 11 (JST) causing damage with blackouts, fire and tsunami.

Again the third blast strikes Japan’s tsunami-damaged nuclear plant, raising new radiation fears. The government says this radioactive material leaking from reactors was enough to “impact human health” and the risk of more leaks was “very high.”

Japan’s meteorological agency reported that the prevailing wind in the area of the stricken plant was heading east into the Pacific, which would help carry away any radiation.

Homemade soan papdi

Soan papdi Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cups of ghee
  • Cardamom as required
  • 2 tablespoon rose water (optional)
  • Few toasted unsalted almonds (garnish)

Method :

  1. In a large saucepan heat the ghee in medium heat.
  2. Toast the flours slowly until it becomes light brown.
  3. Remove from heat to a big bowl.
  4. In a separate pan, prepare sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in water.
  5. The sugar should be dissolved in water until you get a thick syrup.
  6. At this stage, syrup will form a ball when dropped in cold water and when removed from the water can be easily flattened (soft ball stage).
  7. Getting a correct syrup consistency is one of the most important step.
  8. Mix syrup in bowl with toasted flour.
  9. Beat until flakes are formed.
  10. Garnish it with almonds and cashew bits.
  11. Pour into a baking dish.
  12. Pat it down into 1 inch thickness.
  13. Wait atleast for 30 minutes.
  14. Cut into pieces and Soan papdi is now ready to serve!!!!!!!!!!Yummy
